How did this happen?
Someone decided to get rid of their sofa… by throwing it out the window. So now someone else has a balcony to renovate. Fortunately, it's just a few tiles, not the entire balcony.

Janina
An elderly woman on a pension who barely makes ends meet. She had no plans for renovations, but fate decided otherwise. She isn't picky about the work. Not because she doesn't like things done well-she's just nearsighted.

90% minimumThe way I see it, my pension looks even brighter! The tiles are even and clean, and that sofa has gone down like the weight of my worries. Now I have a balcony like the lady on TV.
70% minimumIt turned out nicely, the tiles are so simple that I can see them even without my glasses. And all that's left of the sofa is a memory. Now I have so much space here that I can dry my laundry like a rich person.
45% minimumIt looks like it was done correctly, but it varies - the sofa went in elegantly, but the tiles are sometimes straight and sometimes sideways. It's livable, but it's not perfect.
20% minimumDone sloppily. The sofa has been removed, but the tiles are laid so badly that it's embarrassing to look at. It sticks out here, creaks there. Well, very poor.
0% minimumIt's a disaster! The tiles are crooked and dirty, as if they were thrown down with a shovel! The sofa is gone, but the balcony looks like it was renovated in a hurry.
